Our rice beers are all produced in a small craft brewery in Valsesia, Birrificio Vallecellio. In this valley, dominated by Monte Rosa, you can find the ideal organoleptic components for a quality beer.

This rice beer is produced in a small craft brewery in Valsesia, the Vallecellio Brewery. White rice, bitter orange peel and coriander seeds are added to the classic malted barley. Very similar in color and aroma to white or raw beers, it is particularly light and refreshing, ideal as an aperitif or served with starters.

This amber rice beer is produced in a small craft brewery in Valsesia, the Vallecellio Brewery. Black rice (which gives aromatic complexity), artemisia and orange peel are added to the classic malted barley. Light, fresh and refreshing, it is perfect as an aperitif.
